The Planning And Architecture Design Of The Huangnitang Commercial Service Area Of The Nanjing Bao En Si Temple Ruins Park

The planning and architecture design of the commercial service area of the Nanjing Bao en si temple ruins park is a completed bidding project the author did in the Atelier Zhang Lei. According to the task book requirements, the atelier finished the design of the the main commercial district, the Chenguang hotel, Jianchu temple, Jinling scriptural Library and the main business district and underground space in the provisions of the land within the limits of the task book.The location of the commercial service area of the Nanjing Bao en si temple ruins park is in the south of Nanjing Baoensi temple ruiins park.The site is faced to Yintian street in the south,Yuhua street is in the west.The Chenguang factory is in the east.The site covers an area of about 80 acres.The buildings of the case is under 4 floors,most of them are 2 floors.The hight of roof is not more than the The elevated bridge in the south.The total construction area is about 49000 square meters.including the main business district of about 32800 square meters; the hotel is about 7000 square meters, Jinling scriptural Library is about 5000 square meters, located in the northeast corner of the park project, the core area of emple ruins park,the Jianchu temple is about 6000 square meters, located in the southeast corner,based on the repair of the remaining building the Sanzo Dian. The underground construction area is about 50000 square meters.This paper shows the design, history and culture as the theme of tourism business district research process through this project. The author from one side facing the design process of this case -- an analysis of traditional culture and modern business integration, and then set the project as a response. Spatial organization, the theme of cultural tourism business district with the relationship between commercial space and culture fields Analysis of the characteristics in the design of the supporting service area from several aspects:1.Planning with commercial potential and cultural value of the commercial district.2.Contemporary architectural design with and traditional architectural echoes. In this paper the planning and architecture design of the commerce service area of the Nanjing Bao en si temple ruins park, the design process is divided into four main stages:analysis stage, planning stage, design stage,work with institute coordinaly stage.
