At the moment of ecological environment worsening and raw energy drying up, great amount communication base stations use distributed generation to achieve energy conservation, energy management of distributed power increasingly prominent. The key to solving this problem is to achieve the monitoring and management of the distributed power through interface.Based on the supply mode (combine with photovoltaic power、diesel and battery-powered) connected the user side directly, the main purpose of this thesis is to design energy controller to monitor the power supply system and manage energy which is the formation of energy access visual management platform, the following key elements:Firstly, the thesis is overall overview of energy controller architecture and functional design. The architecture of the energy controller structure design is derived from the centralized control layer which is proposed by the hierarchical control strategy and the multi power coordination control strategy. the function design of energy controller focuses on hardware design and advanced application software development. The hardware platform chooses Longson 1B processor as the core controller for data collection、network function implementation、human-computer interaction, among others.While expanding SDRAM and Flash memory,these are used to store the Linux system, application and configuration parameters. The implement of storage networking features in the light of PV、diesel and battery-powered power generation system uses industrial Ethernet communication method to communicate between devices, energy controller selects M50 as data communications equipment to achieve GPRS wireless communication technology to build power generation system integrated monitoring network each device; man-machine interface module uses 5.7-inch LCD screen which achieve full touch operation for each device operating information display systems, conditions and related input/output control parameters. Secondly, Energy controller software development platform for Linux-based systems achieves each module energy controller system design, this thesis focuses on the man-machine interface control routine design methods that are introduced. Finally,HMI master interface is selected color display terminal mode to develop intelligent man-machine interface,completing the main interface, the main control interface, system testing and remote monitoring system interface. Remote monitoring system interface also develops the functions of real-time monitoring interface and historical trend curve, data reporting statistics fault alarm and analysis.This thesis also summarizes the distributed power operating principle and dispatching characteristics, establishes state mathematical model of PV、diesel and battery-powered power generation system. And the model is applied to configure the capacity of the micro-grid of PV、diesel and storage reasonably. Based on these models and scheduling feature, the thesis makes three energy scheduling policy about diesel power guarantee maximum uptime policy, protection of battery life policy, security policy of continuous operation at full load diesel on solitary network mode of PV、 diesel and battery-powered combination. While its micro-economic is analyzed by the overall efficiency of the power grid optimal cost and net present value of the life cycle cost (NPC) objective function, this section provides an important theoretical basis for the development of advancing power controller applications. Economic analysis shows that:PV、diesel and battery-powered power generation system over the life of the battery assume responsibility as standby power and reducing diesel power generation time will reduce operating costs and environmental pollution. These can provide an important reference to formulate micro grid operation strategy, while providing an important theoretical basis for the development of advanced energy controller software platform application.
