The electromagnetic valve controller system is designed based on the software and hardware of the single slice machine AT89C51. The single slice machine correspondence agreement and the design of procedure after the electric appliances are based on the foundation of hardware terrace. The electromagnetic valve controller system realizes the communication between control panel and the main board in monolithic machine. Moreover, it can design the program of the relay drive.Finally, the article analyzed the human-machine interface including system design, liquid crystal display and the menu demonstration. System design is set up to carry out a little content modification and preserving in the device; demonstration and realization of LCD and menu, the keyboard interface design.The entire device is based on the implanting style, therefore it is concise and easy-understanding, and it can control directly and make well maintenance.The experiment showed that this system had the simple control circuit, good anti-jamming ability, good stable and high practical value.
