It is necessary to implement green construction in order to achieve sustainable development in construction industry. In China, certain achievement has been made in the implementation of green construction. However, there are still many problems, which results in not only just a few truly systematic application of green construction projects, but also very low initiative of construction enterprises to implement green construction.An important reason for those problems is analyzed in this thesis from the perspective of cost:construction companies are not clear about the system of the green construction measures, which affect construction enterprises being willing to adopt green construction to a certain extent as the ultimate goal of construction enterprises is to maximize profit. To solve this problem, this thesis does the following study.Firstly, on the basis of "Green Construction Assessment Standard of Construction Project" GB/T 50640-2010, this thesis redefines the relationship according to whether green construction measures generate incremental costs or profits, then build four categories of measure systems:a measure system for traditional construction,a measure system for management costs, a measure system for incremental costs, a measure system for profits, and finally application method for the last three types of measures is proposed.Secondly,this thesis has carried on the green construction cost benefit case analysis. As different measures generate different incremental costs or profits, construction enterprises can use ABC classifications according to the actual situation of the engineer projects to find out important measures as important factors to manage. By strengthening the control of the incremental costs of such measures, and by implementing a measure system for profits as much as possible, construction enterprises can effectively control the total cost of green construction,toimprove the initiative of green construction.Finally, this thesis applies the principles of the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation model of green construction measures application, and introduces methods to use EXCEL software to solve the weight value of evaluation index, and does application of simulation in an actual case. This model of evaluation has a wide range of index to select, thus construction enterprises can choose a reasonable evaluation index depending on specific projects, to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the effect of green construction measures application. |
