The traffic density of high speed railway is large, and the time can be used for maintenance and repair work is short. As a result, the traditional method that detect by pulling wire manually can not adapt to the inspection requirements of high-speed railway. In order to fit the needs of the operation and maintenance of high speed railway lines, and improve the detection efficiency of track inspection work, it is need further improvement for the detection accuracy and reliability of the static detection device named portable track inspection car. At the same time, it will be applied in the coarse, fine adjustment, inspection of track precision and the latter maintenance of ballastless track to ensure the construction quality of the ballastless track and the train operate safely and comfortably.The mechanical structure characteristics of the traditional track inspection car is analyzed and studied in this paper. Combined with the static track geometry parameter detection principle, and according to the structure design requirements of track static detection device and the service conditions of traditional track inspection car whose defects of mechanical structure was then summaried and analyzed, made clear that the disassembling positioning and clamping mechanism and the gear mechanism of the frame were need a redesign. At the same time, the strength check for the new frame and the walk wheel of the new track inspection car was completed. Avoid innovative design for the disassembling positioning and clamping mechanism of the new track inspection car was conducted by using the patent circumvention design method based on CAI, then a disassembling positioning and clamping mechanism which disassembly and assembly more rapid, clamping more convenient and reliable was acquired. In the meantime, choosed the material of the new track inspection car that manufactured by forming technology and conducted the ANSYS static mechanics analysis of it. Then made lightweight improvement for the new frame according to the results of the analysis, and acquire a new frame which is light weight, reliable structure and easy to carry. Finally, found similar patent technologies through the Pro/Innovator patent query software, and made avoid innovative design for the gear mechanism of the frame by using the patent circumvention design method based on CAI. In the meantime, strength check and ANSYS static mechanics check for the walking wheel were done. Then a walking wheel that satisfy the design requirements of the structure parameters of railway track inspection instrument was required.In this paper, structure innovation design for the portable track inspection car was conducted by using the patent circumvention design method based on CAI. And made structural optimization for the key parts through the ANSYS static mechanics analysis method, then design a kind of new T type track inspection car which is light weight, reliable structure, disassembly and assembly more rapid, easy to carry and so on. As a result, the service life and reliability of track inspection car are improved, and ensure the construction of ballastless track work smoothly.
