Sustainable development has become the theme of the modern economy, all co untries in the world pay attention to the development of energy-efficient economy.After the 18 th C-PC National Congress in our country, the "promoting construction of ecological civilization, realize the sustainable development" is upgraded to an unprecedented strategic height, the sustainable development of society and economy has entered a new field.In the global energy supply tense situation, at the same time,countries around the world speed up the pace to find new sources of energy,try to improve energy efficiency and The social from all walks of life are openly discussed research of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Specific to the fisheries sector, each boat is a oil "tiger", How to saving energy has become a maj or issue.In this context, this author according to the characteristics of the fishing boat host exhaust heat, install a set of refrigeration unit waste heat recovery system, and the important components for recycling systems evaporator is designed again,create a set of experiment system for the preparation of fluidity ice. and explore the pra ctical application of the diesel engine and the matching of ice making system.First, this paper collects literature analysis of waste heat utilization, at the same time,do the heat calculation of diesel engine tail gas.From the vast space of tail gas use proved in this paper, we can study the meaning.Secondly,we explore the convection deicing preparation status and redesign of evaporator, convert into to the preparation of fluidity ice ice cylinder. The connecting parts was redesigned,and then complete the whole arrangement of absorption ice making system.The author supervise and guide the site work.Finally, after complete the test bench, we make sure that the normal operation of the whole system and the monitoring device for testing of some experiment are working,then test the matching relationship between the diesel engine working power and the ice machine, at the same time the influence of environment temperature on ice ice machine system.End,this paper analyses the experimental environment and application of the gap between the method,and points out the next step research direction.
