With the development of society, people’s living standard improve, promote of urbanization reform, residential and commercial air conditioning area is rising, indoor environment requirement increasingly to people.In recent years, increased urban heat island effect and long time haze weather continues, therefore, the indoor temperature and air quality is also an important aspect of air conditioning.In today’s society, energy and environment problems is quite prominent, every industry needs to carry out energy conservation and emissions reduction as a basic national policy.Thus, in order to respond to this call, a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, good thermal comfort air conditioning system of capillary plane radiation air conditioning system widely used.Traditional air condition has no indoor fresh air supply at run time, resulting in air quality decline, indoor dry, low operating efficiency, although the central air conditioning system can improve the indoor air quality, but there is also a high cost, repair trouble, fan coil terminal noise and room temperature control not precisly shortcomings. Capillary plane radiation air conditioning system is mainly composed of radiation terminal system, fresh air system and cooling and heating system, it can not only meet the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity, fresh air but also introduce to improve the air quality, the radiation terminal provides the possibility of using natural cold source.Therefore, this system has advantages of saving space, provide fresh air, low operation cost, good effect and thermal comfort.Radiation air-conditioning set cooling heating and fresh air in one system, the same set of terminal radiation the operating system to achieve the purpose of refrigeration in summer and heating in winter, the automatic control system for temperature and humidity control chamber, providing fresh air. In this paper, from the composition and working principle of composite air conditioner, based on the thermodynamic exergy, analysis the energy saving potential of capillary plane radiation air conditioning.Composite system in the practical application process, the main problem is the condensation end surface radiation system solution, start from the harm of condensation, analysis the reason and influence factors of condensation, finally under no condensation and the premise of indoor thermal stable comforte, system has high efficiency and energy saving running state. Combined with the actual situation in Suzhou of a villa capillary plane radiation air conditioning, test and calculate the temperature data of indoor, obtain the interior temperature distribution and the radiant ceiling cooling capacity, and under the automatic control system of indoor thermal comfort, finally, combined with the evaluation of modern economic law, use investment payback period method for economic evaluation of capillary radiation air conditioning system, analysis of its advantages and disadvantages.
