With the development of the automotive industry,we have increasingly overall requirements for vehicle logistics industry, that is to say,commercial vehicle transportation logistics indicators,like the cost, quality, service, and so on,are required to be higher, broader technical knowledge.Because of the late start of vehicles logistics industry, our car carriers are mostly adapted from common trucks.Compared to foreign car carriers, technical level is lagging behind.Mainly in two aspects:First, car carriers automation level is not high, which result thatloading of goods vehicles mainly depends on manual labor, and loading efficiency is low.Second,car carriers loading are unscientific.The manual loading mainly depends on individual subjective judgment based on past experience lack of guidance of the scientific method,which resulting thatunoptimized car carriers stowage and car carriers capacity waste.In this thesis,in order to solve the problem of logistics costs domestic vehicle logistics enterprises are faced,combining foreign advanced technology with domestic car carriers transport experience,we design a new type of double-hydraulic car carriers structure, optimizethe load space, make the structure more scientific and reasonable,andreached the level of special car carrier.The main work in this thesis includes the following three aspects:(1)The completion of the new car carriers steel frame design.In line with requirements of China’s road transport for vehicles outside dimensions parameter, select integral special car train as a basic structure of car carriers,combineoverall lift deck withpartial lift deck on fixed truss frame structure,we determined the structure and size parameters of the new double car carriers, so car carriers market achieve load form ofthe three-layered.After that we establishstructural steel shapes library on CATIA platform,and select steel,on the basis of which,complete modeling of car transport trailers, cargo deck supporting steel truss,to facilitate the parametric design of steel structures later.(2)Optimization loading research on new car carriers.For domestic vehicle logistics distribution unscientific,we introduced the two-dimensional nesting algorithm in clothing materialinto the car carriers loading optimization,and the problems are NP-complete problems of typical combinatorial optimization.First, complatespace analysis along the two-dimensional directionof the car carriersas nesting space required.Then classifycommercial vehicles into thedifferent family,extract two-dimensional contour line feature data of all groups,leaveonly the main features of the family size,and approximate the two-dimensional contour polygon for commercial vehicles.Next, after the convex polygon judgment,completelayout for commercial vehicles in the car carrier two-dimensional space by NFP algorithm and synthetic polygon algorithm.In nesting process,we optimize the utilization of space by using of genetic algorithms,and optimized the whole loading by changing genetic iterations.(3) Developed visual interface of loading system.The work is implement the optimization loading program intocommercial vehicles placement and angle,on the base of which established car carriers deck modeling.Thus completecargo deck placedand truss structure of the new car carriers..The subject of study not only give a great inspiration of the three- layered loading formto nowadays domestic car carriers market,but also apply the two-dimensional polygonnesting algorithm usedin clothing cutting or cutting parts for car carriers loading optimization areas,achieve good results, and verify its reliability and practicality.
