The Research On The Development Of The Technology Of Subgrade Since The Funding Of New China And Reflection On Its’ Ecological Value

Science and technology is a double-edged sword. The development of technology of highway roadbed, in one hand, it did a great job in promoting the development of highway traffic, but in the other hand, it also did a very bad influence or even been a threat to the environment resources and social. Therefore,we need take a serious thinking of the relationship between the development of its technology, resources and ecological environment, and then looking for a reasonable way of the development scale, development speed and development mode, try the best to working for a ecological, civilization, harmonious traffic. So I tried to reflect the enological dilemma on the concept and technology of philosophy of science and technology of the utility angle, to realize the eco- development of highway subgrade.Technology of highway roadbed, also refers to the highway roadbed construction technology, it included the construction preparation, general subgrade construction, subgrade drainage, special subgrade construction, the winter season (rain) of roadbed construction, roadbed, roadbed protection and retaining safety and public environmental protection, road renovation and acceptance and other aspects. Technology of highway subgrade has two main features. The first one is the importance of roadbed technology. The technical level has a direct effect on its quality. And the highway subgrades directly affect the road performance just as it is the most important part of the road performance. The other hand is the diversified technology research on the perspective of Subgrade. The Current research on technology of highway subgrade, can be roughly divided into three categories:technology development and research, subgrade value exploration and Ecological dilemma. As for the reason of ecological dilemma, the first is due to excessive human "self consciousness"; the second is the technology of choice is limited; the third reason is the inappropriate use of Technology. The ecological technology, also means pay more attention to its ecological environment effect when we development the technology, which based on the ecological dilemma of technology issues, pulled-in ecological thoughts in the process of technology development, balanced and harmonious development of the pursuit of natural.The development of technology of highway roadbed has experienced three stages such as slowly development in the early days since built our new county and the rapid development of reform and opening up to 2004, pay attention to the sustainable scientific development phase。 In different stages, there is different value. For the first stage, its pursuit was building roads, tried to meet the demand of road. So in this stage, it was more about innovation results use value, that was, the ultimate goal of innovation was completing highway engineering practice. In the second stage, it mostly pursued the economic value. It main goal was made roads in most places, and this option has been far beyond the meet to complete the basic condition of highway engineering, namely with the minimum project cost to obtain the optimal highway mileage of mastery. And in the third stage, it main goal was try to build a high quality road. It not only pay attention to the highway subgrade technology which bought economic and social benefits, also began to reflect on the impact on the ecological environment development process.In the development of highway roadbed technology, its ecosystem was rarely considered. Its ecological predicament, mainly displays in environmental damage. Anyway, the "ecological" shortness and the low ecological innovation of it can not be ignored. The reason of this situation, mostly caused by the limited specific historical conditions、the inertial impact development concept、the incorrect technical values and the imperfect evaluation system of it.Considering resolve its ecological predicament, the ecological development of highway roadbed should be the realist choice and the direction of the future. There are three principles should be abide, which are:the value orientation of "nature and humanity", the evaluation system based on the ecological economy principle and sustainable development as the ultimate ideal. To release the highway roadbed technology which based on ecological value, we should reshape human nature as the basic premise, the technical innovation as the fundamental way, and insist on system construction as a practical direction.
