Since the appearance of human beings, people are living in a “SPACE”. The interior design and the furniture design become more plentiful, when people living from in the caves to in multifunction spaces. Designers created multiple enclosed spaces in order to fulfill various needs of them.There are many enclosed spaces in the universe, not only the enclosed space people live in but the world is an enclosed space. With the development of the interior design, designers need to consider the needs of human as well as to satisfy the emotional communication among people.The dissertation is including to study the theory of enclosed spaces in the interior design and the conception of enclosed spaces design. It also analyzes different enclosed spaces in the interior design that embrace development process,component types, materials and case study. The dissertation researches influences of human emotion on enclosed space design.The author expects that find the influence and the development direction of enclosed space design through analyses of principle and key characters of enclosed spacedesign, which can make a contribution to analyze systematically the enclosed space design.
