With the rapid economic development, the construction industry has also been rapidly developed. Due to the rapid increase in population, urbanization is accelerating, high-rise buildings has become the main trend in building development. However, high-rise building construction process is complex, and more insecurity, thus resulting in frequent accidents, caused huge losses to the construction business, seriously affecting people’s lives and property. High-rise building construction enterprises increased construction projects is essential for effective security control. Safety assessment is an effective control of the security of the main measures, which are widely used in building construction field. Construction companies through the use of safety assessment, it is reasonable to analyze the current situation of the enterprise and thus construction safety risk control, greatly reduce the rate of construction accidents, avoid business losses and casualties.In this paper, high-rise building construction on the background of the first evaluation of the status of security at home and abroad in the field of construction and made relevant research; followed by the evaluation of the safety-related content theoretical research, evaluation methods used to analyze the deficiencies exist, thus establishing the fuzzy mathematics Evaluation of high-level theoretical basis for construction safety; then to establish evaluation index based on the principle, combined with the relevant regulations and expert opinion, the evaluation index system of high-rise construction safety; final safety evaluation model was constructed based on fuzzy mathematics and BP neural network model was validated by the evaluation. Safety evaluation model has been built through the use of construction companies to do the evaluation instance, the use of evaluation results to analyze aspects of the construction companies need to improve to improve.
