Research On Overhead Power Transmission Line Operation Safety Maintenance System

EHV/UHV transmission lines are the backbone of China’s power grid. Due to the high voltage level, transmission distance, attendant circumstances, overhead transmission lines affected by the weather, the environment, external insulation and cause of aging in the operation of short-circuit failure is also a corresponding increase in line repair and maintenance workload greatly increased. At the same time, although the "electrical safety work practices" safe working environment for workers, the scope of activities, operating procedures and actions have made the appropriate provisions, but in the actual inspection process, site work and often arduous task because the transmission line and sloppy main idea. Therefore, the need to reduce the intensity of the inspection work by technical means, standardized inspection work processes to ensure staff safety.This paper studied the safety, operation and maintenance of overhead transmission line system. It consists of three parts:the charged state detection device, handheld devices and back-center management platform.The front end of the charged state detection device tests each loop of the charged situation site, while its built-in chip is responsible for storing the towers and loop-related information. Front-end application charge state detecting means to detect non-contact charging device is a new type of intelligent state detecting means, it is not in direct contact with high-voltage lines, the use of high-voltage electric field near a charged is checked and if there is a short circuit fault.Handheld devices with wireless communication capabilities is responsible for recording and displaying information related to the operation and monitoring of live reads the results of field lines, and support for the scene images, sounds and text records.Center management platform as a background the management side of the system to provide the entire database management and logic, and can synchronize data with the handheld terminal. It provides powerful supporting for the test equipment and electrical devices such as handheld terminals.Safe operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines system uses high-tech means to make up for the lack of an effective field operation during the past adjunct information queries. The use of the system enhances the safety of field operations and increases in the efficiency of field operations.
