Research On The Construction Organization Design Based On The Museum Project

Construction organization design is the programmatic document to guide the project construction; it is strategy and tactics of the project management. So we studied the composition, characteristic and function of the construction organization design, as well as domestic and foreign development present situation, the purpose is to through the research and analysis, put forward measures to optimize the construction organization design, enables the project to better market for construction enterprise to bring economic benefits.In this paper, take the construction organization design of the museum project for example, research the content of the construction organization design, focus on the construction period, construction cost, safety guarantee measures. Through research, analysis, comparison and calculation, strive to make the plan to perform more practical, make the construction technology more scientific, reasonable and convenient for construction. Through the research and analysis, improve the overall level of the construction organization design, to make it have certain reference significance in the field of construction organization design research.In this paper, through the way of expert scoring, find out 11 projects as a model of training and testing samples. Improved model structure is determined, and carries on the preliminary processing of data, using MATLAB to network training, finally apply the model of mature concrete analysis and application in the practical case. At the same time, the establishment of the existing resource constraints, time limit and cost as the optimization goal of the construction multi-objective optimization model, the introduction of an engineering example, the operation of the model results meet the engineering requirements, also verified the correctness and practicability of the improved MPGA.
