Today’s domestic social and economic development to drive the improvement of people’s life quality, the cost of the auto industry and the development of science and technology lead to greatly reduce, how people travel the disruptive change, private car era in the progress of the society. Under the background of contemporary university campus also in unceasing expansion, the university campus in a rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles. University campus should be given priority to with walking and bicycle traffic, but with the advent of the era of private cars, many campus building space of the building and some campus open public space, the late planning to become the driving motor vehicle dock area and area, make originally provided to the communication between teachers and students interactive space was reduced, the contemporary campus planning goal is from the \"people\" to the \"car\".Campus slow system, put forward formally in order to solve, the way of life in today’s fast-paced development and formation of conflict between the traditional campus. Through campus slow system theory, can solve the motor, and pedestrians in the campus of the two ways of conflict, and also can add go slow on campus culture, in today’s society to meet the teachers and students in the pursuit of high quality life.This paper is based on dalian university of technology as a special case, through the campus of slow system design theory to solve the legacy of all kinds of old and dalian university of technology campus planning and design problems. To provide research data, analyze the present situation of dalian university of technology campus landscape planning and design layout, abroad case analysis, slow slow system support methods such as system theory, and then one by one to solve the problems existing in the dalian university of technology, and integrated, sorting and induction form suitable for dalian university of technology campus slow system design.This design paper will be for the perfection of the theoretical system of campus slow system make a contribution to the reference.
