With the increasing of the number of vehicles, frequent traffic accidents have already posed a threat to social economy and life and property safety. Traffic safety has become the important problem which people around the world focused on. How to avoid vehicle collision and reduce the number of traffic accidents is an urgent problem in vehicular network.For collision warning testing in vehicular network, we must build a complete vehicle communication system and a good hardware platform of intelligent vehicle. In addition, we need to pinpoint the location of vehicle. The test involves more than one intelligent vehicle with complete sensors. It is easy to occur collide. The practical experiment is very dangerous and expensive. So the scholars at home and abroad mostly choose the simulation platform to complete the collision warning testing. But the simulation does not use real environment parameters and ignore the human factors in human driving, the result is inaccurate.We design the micro intelligent vehicle for collision warning testing to solve the inaccuracy of simulation platform and the unreality of practical experiment. We implement acceleration, deceleration, start, braking, turning with phone control intelligent vehicle. At the same time, we can complete the security application testing with the location and speed of intelligent vehicle which achieved by using binocular localization technology. It is convenient to do security application testing. Through the traffic model which simulates the real driving lane, we restore the real driving scene to the most degree. Finally, we have finished the integration testing to insure to realize expectant functions.
