Research On Pile Foundation Bearing Capacity Test Of Guxiangdi Bridge

With the rapid development of our country’s engineering construction, pile foundation has been extensively adopted in the ports, factory buildings and expressways. Pile bearing capacity and integrity test is of great importance to pile foundation engineering. Currently there are many kinds of pile test methods, but each method has certain defects and deficiencies. According to the above methods’ defects, combined with mechanics characteristic of pile foundation bearing capacity, the simulation test method for pile foundation bearing capacity was put forward. This relatively new method can determine pile foundation bearing capacity in various types and situations, and well overcome the problems in the above methods, reflect the practical engineering characteristics of pile through comprehensive utilization of indoor experiment and numerical simulation based on the mechanism of pile-soil interaction, further indicate the nature of it, well simulate the actual engineering geological properties of pile foundation, comprehensively consider the influence of factors such as geological environment, pore and pile forming process etc. on pile bearing capacity, determine pile foundation bearing capacity comprehensively and reliably by comparing the pile foundation simulation test method with anchorage pile method and self-balanced method.Based on comprehensive comparison of anchorage pile method, self-balanced method and pile foundation simulation test method, this paper carried on theory analysis of testing principle, designed and manufactured the device used in the test, developed software for data acquisition and analysis, got reasonable conclusion for bearing capacity of bored pile, proposed suggested values for the parameters of foundation soil, and then determined the bearing capacity of pile foundation.The determination of pile foundation bearing capacity by using simulation test method has strong theoretical basis, the simulation mechanism is clear. Pile foundation bearing capacity values under different loading conditions were put forward. The field test validation of practical engineering showed that the simulation test method is reliable, and easy to calculate the pile foundation bearing capacity values in various situations.
