Based on the research and analysis on the rock classification and 3D geological visualization.The achievements of this paper will be introduced in the following section:(1) During the research, the collection system of multivariate information has been established for measuring processes of tunnel constructions. The collected information includes sensors, manual monitoring, et al. The system has been applied in the Fu Song tunnel. The DE-ANN algorithm, which is combined with Differential Evolution and classical BP-ANN, is utilized to analyse the collected data. The DE-ANN will be used to predict timing sequences from sensors. Meanwhile, the settlement factor of the top of vault is applied to finishanti-calculus workings of statistical factors with assistance of the program combined with DE and Finite Element Method.(2) The rock classification in the period of tunnel construction has been considered, based on analyzing the importance of rock classification and discussing current methods for rock classifying. The research includes classifying standard, and applied algorithms, and so on. A new method of rock classification has been established. The method has considered the prediction of geological condition based on the DE-ANN. Also, the 3D tunnel surrounding rock classification results visualization technology of construction process is achieved combined with the VTK.(3) Based on consideration of the existing 3D geological visualization technology, infrastructure tunnel construction management system and the actual project needs,the methods of software engineering and the C# language is used to create an analysis program of multivariate visualized information for tunnel construction in the environment of.NET. The system can quickly create models, also able to finish regular functions that are needed in the construction procedure, like data management, surrounding rock classification, parameters back analysis and Finite Element analysisFinally, the system is applied to Dalian Metro and fusong tunnel project, the results show that the program is able to manage data accurately and efficiently, prediction of the stability of tunnel structures. It provides a powerful tool for guiding the construction and ensures the safety and progress of the project.
