China has vast maritime space, and the research of marine energy is in its infancy, the further development and utilization of marine energy resources is important for the promotion of energy saving and sustainable society. Ocean wave energy is a form of marine energy, which is widely distributed and high energy density. It has good development prospects.The thesis described some of the existing domestic and international ocean wave energy utilization technologies and equipments, with the combination of specific marine environment, a multi-point array wave energy converter device was proposed. The device used point absorption of wave energy acquisition mode, its body sit above sea level, and had a well collection efficiency and corrosion resistance. Basing on the original design of the device, combining with theoretical knowledge, numerical simulation and device simulation analysis were executed. The numerical simulation results under different parameters were compared, and the model experimental platform was built. Comparing the experimental data and simulation results, the device design was optimized. The main Contents are summarized as follows:(1) According to the design concept, the device used point absorption of wave energy acquisition mode and multi-point array type to improve power generation efficiency. It made the acquisition of wave energy reaching the generation requirement by hydraulic system. It completed the device drawing design and proposed some problems which should be studied.(2) Combined with the device drawing design, a numerical simulation model of the device was built. By ANSYS AQWA, software for the wave hydrodynamic simulation, environmental parameters were set up according to the related marine environment and the wave theory.(3) The motion of a single oscillation of the float model and the theory of oscillation float force analysis were introduced. A single oscillation float of different physical and geometric parameters simulation data was compared, and the oscillation frequency response characteristics of the float movement were obtained.(4) The basic principles of time-domain analysis method were introduced. The entire oscillation floats in arrange of different ways were simulated, temporal movement of the oscillation floats under various arrangements response characteristics were compared, the influence between oscillation floats in different wave directions were analyzed.(5) By the similarity theory,the model experimental platform basic size was designed. The device model experiment platform was built on wave flume, simulate unidirectional regular waves was made by wave machine. The output torque and shaft data was analyzed, its motion response characteristics in different shape floats, in different number of floats and in different floats’ distance was compared.
