In recent years, with the rapid development of underground rail traffic, high-rise buildings and underground commercial projects, it is more common to develop the underground space. In the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and other tier one and tier two cities, it is very popular to build the subway under the high-rise building and build the high-rise building near the subway. The construction of foundation trench near the subway has negative effects on the subway tunnel. How to monitor, analysis and early warning, deal with bad situation is the focus of this paper.Based on the engineering practice and research, the effect on tunnel by construction of foundation trench is very complex. In the course of the construction of foundation trench, distance, depth of excavation, geological conditions, groundwater, supporting structure, construction method and procedure may have an impact on adjacent subway tunnels. The residential and commercial building along with the subway lines increase in value when the subway begin to operate. The deep foundation trench excavation which is near subway is more popular now. It has practical significance to research effects on adjacent subway tunnel and control the disadvantages.This paper topic is the structural distortion monitoring of subway tunnel which is caused by a real estate project construction of foundation trench near Shenzhen Metro Line two. Based on this case, the theory of tunnel deformation effect and the geological conditions of foundation trench, to design and analysis excavation, support, lowering the water levels, monitoring and the measures, to introduce effects on subway tunnel and monitoring program, to draw detection curves through the statistical analysis of the data, and put forward the solution of bad effects on subway tunnel in this paper. |
