| In recent years, with the extensive construction of High-Speed Railway (HSR), there has formed complex railway network constituted by HSR and the existing railway lines in China. The construction and operation of high-speed railway greatly enhance the network’s transport capacity as a whole and make the network structure more complex, as well as the exponential growth of running path of trains. The research on line planning and traffic assignment based on railway network has great significance on the research of operation plan of railway passenger trains.On the basis of literature review,this research firstly analyses railway passengers’ travel choice behavior in the view of subjective factors and objective factors. Next, the construction and design of virtual railway network is studied, and the improved Dial algorithm is proposed to achieve route searching and optimization based on network, with parameter analysis. Then, on the basis of the analysis of normal traffic assignment method and characteristics of railway traffic assignment, utility function is defined, and the thought of virtual transfer section and transfer coefficient function is proposed to realize the expression of generalized transfer costs in uncertain environment by establishing relationship between the coefficient and passing volume. Multi-user two-criterion traffic assignment model is proposed where passengers will be divided into multiple user groups according to the difference of value of time to consider the two criterion time and expense. This model could be solved by MSA which is easy to programming. Finally, the traffic assignment of Jing-Hu regional railway network is taken as case study. The traffic distribution of all the feasible routes of each OD and overall network shows that the results reflect the selecting tendency of different groups of users and the overall passenger flow distribution well, which could verify the effectiveness and scientificity of the methodology. |
