In automobiles has become a popular trend, people more and more to enjoy high quality driving environment background, the automotive air conditioning industry developed rapidly.Automobile air conditioning can facilitate the effective purification compartments inside environment, has become a part of the car is very important in the system. Because of the limitation of space, for the most part of air conditioning for car interior noise contribution of the highest.Air conditioning fan noise and wind noise mainly include two parts, road noise, but the highest contribution to the aerodynamic noise. Because the vehicle interior installation space is relatively small, however, the demand for the vehicle interior air volume is large, so the fast rotation of the centrifugal fan highest vehicle interior noise contribution of most cases. Papers with a large passenger air-conditioning system for the object of their simulation and analysis, this paper covering the following aspects:Basics papers began on the first voice-related metrics and analysis of noise control principles and theory, as well as the domestic passenger car noise current testing standards were discussed. Then explains the basic theory of the fundamental equations of fluid motion related, aerodynamic noise and the fan noise is the most important factor. Then the first use of Solidworks build fan geometry, then the fan model calculations in Gambit and meshing with the boundary of the set, the last simulation in Fluent in accordance with the calculated spectrum of sound pressure field point to the correctness of the model verified. Through the analysis of several of the more common noise reduction methods to the same conditions and to optimize the design of wind turbine simulation and comparison with the previous improvements. Finally, the establishment of duct model, simulation and analysis in Fluent in fan noise generated by comparative analysis.Through access to large amounts of data and simulation analysis to identify the main bus air conditioning noise, the use of different control methods to reduce each peak. Noise reduction for future air conditioning systems opens a new way of thinking.
