| The multi-sky-screens optical target is widely used in rapid-fire barrel weapon and barrel rotary weapon in development, manufacture, inspection and acceptance, can measure the flight projectile target coordinates, velocity and sequence of the flight projectile target. The structual parameters in the various performance parameters of multi-sky-screens optical target directly affect the measure accuracy of multi-sky-screens optical target, so the verification of the target is the strong guarantee of the accuracy and reliability of measured data and the key link of range test. The paper proposes a non-detachable calibration method of structure parmeters of multi-sky-screens optical target, and the results of the study were of important theoretical significance and engineering application value.Firstly, the formula of error measurement is studied,then the influence law of measurement accurcy of multi-sky-screens optical target is simulated and analyzed.Secondly, the paper studies a non-detachable calibration method of structure parmeters of multi-sky-screens optical target, and designs the overall programme of calibration system to achieve the calibration of structure parmeters of multi-sky-screens optical target. Using the flash frequency small lihgt sources which make the sky screens optical target to generate simulate signal to determine the center sky screens strip, the paper uses the double theodolites to calibrate the each plane equation of sky screens and achieves the calibration of structure parmeters of multi-sky-screens optical target by mathematical method.Next, the paper designs the calibration devices of non-detachable calibration method of structure parmeters of multi-sky-screens optical target. And the paper completes the model selection of related products, the design of small light sources electropult, the design of light frame and leveling devices, and achieves the calibration of structure parmeters of multi-sky-screens optical target.In addition, building the principle experimental platform, the paper compares the results of the proposed calibration method with traditional method, then it validates the accuracy of the calibration method and the feasibility and rationality of the calibration techniques of structual parameter of multi-sky-screens optical target.Finally, the paper completes uncertainly evalution of the calibration method, and perfects the calibration results. |
