Since the foundation of our country, the transportation of our country has been developed rapidly with the rapid development of our economy, which provides a good opportunity for highway bridge construction.With newly built bridges increased continuously, the structure performance of many of the existing reinforced concrete bridges has made a great change in different degrees of damage, even the carrying capacities have been greatly weakened and these bridges have been gradually filled with danger. It is not scientific or realistic to rebuild all the bridges with danger. If the bridge base structures can still be used, through a comprehensive comparison of economy and technology, sometimes taking the reinforcement measures into use to make the bridges meet the design requirements, we can longer its service life, greatly save the project investments, and produce a lot of brilliant social and economic benefits.Therefore, no matter how hard it is, tasks of bridge reconstruction and repairing have been becoming an important part of the current domestic bridge construction.This paper takes Zhongshan East River Bridge as the main research object. As for the basis of engineering practice, through the analysis of construction reasons which lead to strength insufficiency of concretes which is quite common in concrete bridges, in combination with its physical characteristics and the characteristics of mechanical structure of concrete, taking the use environments and use conditions of structures into a comprehensive consideration, analyzing the mechanical properties of the bridge under the condition that strength of concrete is insufficient, with the innovative use of the strategy of reinforcing composite reinforcement scheme which consist of enabling standby, pasting steel plate and beam DPS and condensate increased durability, this process firstly uses the finite element software Midas to carry out a test of the feasibility of validation of reinforcement reinforcement scheme for the bridge construction process, and later it uses the method of test for reinforcement of bridge structure to check whether it can meet the needs of normalconstruction operation.Through the study of the bridge reinforcement scheme, this paper sums up experience for the similar problems in bridge construction, and provides the reference when necessary.
