Frame-shear Wall Structure is one of the widely used structures in modern high-rise building structure system. The seismic design is one of the major problems in the design of such structures. Influenced by many complex factors, the present design theory and specification cannot fully meet the requirements of the important and complex high-rise building structures. Thus, it is theoretical and significant to analysis the seismic performance and parameter sensitivity of the tall frame-shear wall structure.Based on actual project and inductive analysis on the existing research results, with the help of large-scale numerical analysis software, this paper created numerical analysis model and systematically analyzed the response characteristics of the frame-shear wall under the earthquake excitation and discussed the parameter sensitivity of the seismic performance of such structure. The paper mainly completed the following aspects:Firstly, combined with the requirements of the present seismic design, it emphatically introduced the seismic design method which suit for the high-rise frame-shear wall. Based on the characteristics of the high-rise frame-shear wall and the seismic design method selected, it concluded the method of the numerical model and was verified by actual project case.Secondly, the paper analyzed the response characteristics of the structure under the earthquake excitation based on the actual project research and used the relevant seismic theory and corresponding numerical model and with the help of large commercial structure finite element analysis software MIDAS GEN and SATWE. It mainly analyzed the seismic response effect and dynamic performance of the structure under the action of earthquake force of the height and the height of the bottom layer of shear wall by Comparative analysis.Thirdly, the paper systematically discusses the sensitivity of the frame-shear wall structure seismic performance to the variation of shear wall height and the bottom layer height. The details:it concluded the statistical relation curve of the shear wall height and maximal displacement of floor of the structure态base shear and overturning moment under the action of earthquake force; It also concluded the statistical relation curve of the height of the bottom layer and structural base shear and overturning moment under the earthquake force. It summarizes the seismic performance effect of the height of shear wall and the bottom layer to high-rise reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure.
