Abstract/Summary:
In the Railway Bridges’construction of the passenger dedicated railway from Xi’an to Chengdu, the pile foundation is a very important foundation form, especially in concrete or reinforced concrete materials for concrete pile is widely used. But the bridge pile foundation is in deep underground, as a covert project, it is easy to appear all sorts of quality problems and raise safety concerns. So the bridge pile quality testing is very important. This paper combines the actual operation and numerical simulation, to test the application effect of bridge pile quality detection in the passenger dedicated railway from Xi’an to Chengdu with elastic wave method.In the above, the operation process of bridge pile quality detection are introduced in detail. Summary of much practical experience with the elastic wave method, including the detection of pile top processing equipment, testing parameters adjustment, installation of sensors, vibration and vibration mode selection, and the measured signal is analyzed, it introduces three kinds of commonly used methods of signal processing, including digital filtering, rotation correction index increased, and the averaging, contrast the efficiency of signal processing, so it can be more accurately to do qualitative evaluation to the integrity of bridge piles in the passenger dedicated railway from Xi’an to Chengdu.After the text using the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS to do dynamic simulation of elastic wave detection method. First it introduces the basic function of the software, including the processing module used in the simulation and the explicit algorithm. First, take the elastic wave propagation in one-dimensional rods for example, observing the propagation process of elastic wave in the rod, introducing the process of ABAQUS modeling and analysis; Second, take the complete friction pile for example, consider many problems encountered in the process of modeling, and combine with the actual project, optimize the model of pile and soil, it makes the simulation results more in line with the theory of signal; Finally, for all kinds of quality problems that may be encountered on the bridge pile foundation, This paper analyzes the causes of defects of bored concrete pile are used in the construction of railway bridges in the passenger dedicated railway from Xi’an to Chengdu. to segregation, expanding neck, neck, broken pile, pile bottom sediment of the five kinds of defect pile do the optimization numerical simulation and optimize in different location, defect, compares the different defects corresponding to the measured feature points of pile top speed signal in time domain.At the end of the paper, by using the elastic wave method based on the measured data from the passenger dedicated railway from Xi’an to Chengdu, contrasting the signal integrity pile and all kinds of non integrate piles, excavation of pile defect verification, so it can show that the elastic wave method for bridge pile quality detection in the passenger dedicated railway from Xi’an to Chengdu is feasible.
