The Reuse Of Waste Landfill Site

In the high-speed of Chinese urbanization, the problem of the land use of waste landfill has become increasingly prominent. On the one hand, the rapid development of the city makes the urban land increasingly tense, on the other hand, China has entered the fastigium of the landfill closure and a large number of abandoned landfill sites need proper management and reuse. It’s particularly significant to reuse the closed landfill site effectively to make a contribution to the sustainable development of China.Many developed countries have inputted a large amount of fund and technology in the research of the waste land reuse. Thus, these countries have gained wider experience on both practical side and theoretical side in this field than China. The waste landfill site is one kind of waste land, and our country has less experience in waste landfill site reuse than the developed country.Firstly, seeing the process of Landfill closure to reuse as a complete procedure, this paper abstracts the factors affecting the reuse of the closed landfill site and analyzes the influence of these factors. In the extraction and analysis of influencing factors in the process of regional factors and non-regional factors in this article from the waste Landfill plots are studied in two ways. The study concluded that regional factors includes factors of pollution, waste landfill site transformation process, and its main influence points are the preliminary financial and technical inputs of waste landfill reuse, the constraints of the land reuse and the starting time of the land reuse. Non-regional factors includes the land-self factors and the locational factors. The land-self factors includes the land’s overview, the vegetation layer thickness, the stabilization period and the stabilization level. In the extraction and analysis of the influence factors of waste landfill site reuse, this paper presents the general principles of waste landfill site reuse. Secondly, based on existing cases at home and abroad, this paper abstracted the patterns of waste landfill site reuse and the characteristics of each type.Finally, based on the trend study of the pattern of waste landfill site reuse, the last chapter studied the Greenland pattern of waste landfill site reuse.By data collection and field survey, this paper studied the factors which influence the reuse of waste landfill site, the pattern of waste landfill site reuse, the Greenland pattern of waste landfill site reuse, having a significant guiding effect for the waste landfill site reuse in our country.
