Under The Guidance Of Landscape Urbanism Landfill Waste Land Reform

Nowadays, the development of the social material is far behind from the emotional needs, people starting to consider how to respiring the life on the nasty city environment. Under such circumstance, the rebuilding and utilization of the abandon area attracts a lot of scholar’s attention. As one special variety, the landfill not only pollutes itself, but also extremely and durably affects the surroundings. Otherwise, the phenomenon of city encircled by garbage in reality is no longer a rumor, which shows an immediate demanding for city to be rebuilt. What’s worse, the traditional planning form is not capable of solving the conflicts. Early in 1990s, the landscape urbanism has been applied to rebuilding abandon earth, successfully used in many cases. By far, the research on landscape urbanism has already formed a maturational theory, providing a meaning reference for the garbage-abandon-earth rebuilding.Landscape urbanism develops with the mixture of multiple subjects innovation, it defines landscape as the city structural organizer, presenting landscape replacement to architecture as a new order. As far as traditional ecology’s concerned, city and nature appear to be antagonistic, and the low-quality imitation of nature on purpose is often seen. The landscape urbanism is not afraid of being criticize, regarding city and nature as a whole component and emphasizing the mutually harmonious coexistence so as to make citizens enjoy life convenience, nice environment and joyful atmosphere. This study is about to apply landscape urbanism to the rebuilding of garbage-abandon-earth, sufficiently enriching the planning spirit as well as focusing on the process of movement and initiating the importance of horizontal network. Furthermore, the attention as well lies on the plyability of function to construct peculiarity and perceptional atmosphere.Through the definition of the landfill waste land, characteristic and research progress of analysis, combined with the theory and practice research of landscape urbanism, this paper puts forward the theoretical system of landfill waste transformation under the guide of landscape urbanism. This research mainly introduces the new concept of landscape urbanism in planning, from the angle of the combination of landscape and function, and then conducting further research on the landscape urbanism whether can change dump crumbling, making dump with renewed vigor and charming urban public space or not. Furthermore, landscape urbanism gradually influences the surrounding environment, improving urban order. Finally, in the case of Chang-an landfill of Chengdu, we detailed the design of Chang-an landfill, and mainly focus on the planning and positioning, plane design, policy guidance. Through the research of transformation of landscape urbanism in landfill lands, combining with the theory and practice, this paper verifies the theory of landscape urbanism and has a guiding role to the further improvement of the theory. At the same time, we put forward the new thinking on construct the landfill planning, making people have a new understanding to dump and providing theoretical reference and practical support for future planning.
