With the rapid development of national economy in our country, the national highway system has entered a fast track construction. At the same time, the quantity and quality of the paving asphalt is also put forward higher request, in order to solve the quality of the asphalt pavement in use process often appear problem, reduce road diseases, added to the asphalt modifier has become one of the important means. But the economic cost of problems will follow. With the constant improvement of the requirements for oil refining petrochemical industry, in the process of residue solvent deasphalting, by-product the deoiling asphalt(DOA). The by-product production scale is larger, and economic costs are relatively cheap. If the entire replaced modifier, you can lower the cost of the modified asphalt, the domestic use is not yet systematic research on it.This article summarizes the deoiling asphalt(DOA), on the basis of fundamental properties and characteristics, through the fluorescence microscopic photography, polymer modified asphalt morphology analysis, preparation of modified asphalt mixture, the same type SBS modifier, the different types of DOA with the same samples of modified asphalt matrix asphalt mixture, has carried on the microscopic observation, at the same time on the phase structure at different times of the picture, and combining with microscopic observations and modified asphalt segregation test results, the phase structure of the modified asphalt and it’s the relationship between the storage stability was studied. Study, analysis of the existence of the polymer during the preparation of modified asphalt modifier phase, can provide a basis for the preparation of modified asphalt temperature, time, etc. The easier is polymer modifier in asphalt mixture, the smaller is the particle size and the better is the stability of the modified asphalt.Research process, the different mixture of asphalt dosage of DOA and the DOA and SBS modifier dosage of compound with a mixture of asphalt and SBS modified asphalt and grade of P- G conventional experiment. Experimental results show that the content within a certain range of DOA is conducive to improve the performance of asphalt high temperature and low temperature ductility of the asphalt decreased. At the same time, the above different asphalt mixture, taking Chongqing three-ring highway TongLiang to paragraph on pavement layer asphalt mixture of proportion of production in the engineering project, on the high temperature, low temperature and water stability of asphalt mixture. Experimental results show that after joining the DOA of certain amount, can be completely mixed with SBS modifier and since modified asphalt mixture performance requirements are consistent, can be partly replacing the SBS modifier, the DOA and SBS modifier, the appropriate mix content of the compound with the DOA with 10% and 10% of SBS modifier.Finally, through the technical and economic analysis, in the matrix asphalt blending 10% DOA and 2% after the SBS modifier, every tons price is 4% in the matrix asphalt adding SBS asphalt modifier(regardless of which added stabilizing agent, etc.) ¥ 488 cheaper, its economy is quite considerable.
