Development And Research On Vehicle Security Forewarning And Automatic Control System

Vehicle security forewarning control system is a part of Vehicle safty assisted driving technology.It takes advantage of the advanced sensor detection technology to get parameter information of the automobile running state, the driving environments outside of automobile and traffic informations of the road ahead. Then estimate and determine security situation through the method of information fusion and algorithms related when automobiles running on the road, and give warnings to the dirver or take measures to control the vehicle to make sure that the vehicle is safe.This article based on results of investigating automobile accident in Western Region and chooses the human beings, automobiles, roads, and environment surroundings as research subjects, to explore the way of its effect on running automobiles and find the determine method of vehicle running security degree. As a solution, this article focus on design and development of a Vehicle Security Forewarning control system used microcontroller technology and sensor technology. The system use three types chip such as “STM32F103ZET6”、“STM32F103C8T6” and “STC12C2052AD” as CPU, designed the on car unit, the security control unit and the roadside unit. To collect information such as speed, load, break temperature, acceleration, sleet, road parameters environmental parameters and so on.The GPS module in this system receives location information and speed, in addition, the vehicle exchange information with other vehicles through GPRS module of the system, so that they can clearly understand status of other surrounding vehicles.Then the system detect potential threats and details and and tell the driver in advance using a buzzer alarm or an voice system or a display, it is benefit for the driver to reduce speed and take other measures because the drivers have enough time. If the driver won’t take measures or the automobile is in danger, Security automatic control system will be activated, this subsystem can speed down the car or stop the car by way of increasing the braking force and release the accelerator pedal. In this way, the accident in western part of mountain road can be greatly reduced. In conclusion, the automobile security forewarning control system is of great significance in reducing accident that traffic in mountain way.And that it is also specific applications of automotive safty assited driving technology in western mountains road environment.In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:(1) Analysis the factors and the way of automobile driving in the mountain road. Chooses the human beings, automobiles, roads, and environments surrounding as research subjects, Analysis the failure of brake module, the rollover, sideslip module, based on safty degree, and study the algorithm of automobile running on the road.(2) Designing the circuit system of the automobile security forewarning unit.Choose the right MCU, sensor and circuit elements, then finish circuit schematic design, PCB design, maching and welding. Using SCM program compiler develop environment to design code, and download to the MCU system, achieving signal detection, computation, communication and control. Verify the function of the system.
