Road construction in our country from the original construction phase gradually transition to the construction and renovation and maintenance with the maintenance of a new stage. Road scene cool regenerated technology because of its economy and environmental protection for the road maintenance management department attaches great importance to, at the same time also has been widely used in practical engineering. With the passage of time, the increasing renewable pavement will appear different degrees of damage or to its service life. How to maintenance and use of the already regeneration pavement, is it necessary to repeat the cold regeneration, for highway maintenance management department needs to face the problem. This paper depends on project of in 2014 in guizhou province bureau in guizhou mountainous area highway scene repeating cold regeneration technology and research on the durability, the main combination of guizhou tongren region and bijie base of asphalt pavement overhaul engineering on-site repeated cool regenerated technology materials research.The study mainly comes from three aspects: guizhou province water stability of asphalt pavement base repetitive cold nature of renewable raw materials, technology, design and mechanical properties of cold recycled mixture, repetition of cold recycled mixture fatigue performance, etc. Of repeat cold nature of renewable raw materials, technology, and analyzes the tongren and bijie milling planer aggregate crushing value and silt content, the needle flake content, physical and mechanical properties such as density and moisture content, and grading fluctuation characteristics, laid the groundwork for repeat cool regenerated technology materials research; Regeneration mixture composition design, in view of tongren and bijie milling planer old add step were used respectively to the new material and new material mixture in two ways, combined with the analysis of the orthogonal test of cement dosage, new materials to add ratio, curing age and degree of compaction of factors affect the performance of recycled mixture strength laws, so as to put forward the repeat index of cold recycled mixture material composition design and regeneration gradation scope; Fatigue performance, stress control mode analysis were carried out to study bijie repeated regeneration mixture fatigue performance with the new material proportion and the change rule of cement dosage, and the fatigue equation under different reliability are obtained. The results show that the increase of cement dosage helps to improve the performance of mixture fatigue. Under the same cement dosage and degree of compaction, when new materials add up to 50% of repetition of cold recycled mixture fatigue performance is better than that of adding 30% of the mixture.Research mainly on the basic mechanics performance index with the repetition of cold recycled mixture proportion of new material, cement dosage and the change of factors such as curing ages are analyzed, and the next step to from the Angle of the micro aggregate surface theory explain the regeneration mixture decay law of road performance.
