Planning Research Of Rural Road Based On The Urban-Rural Integration

Rural road is the basis of road network, and the most important or even the only mode of transportation in some rural areas. It is an important infrastructure which is related to the production and living of peasants, the rural economic and social development, comprehensive construction well-off society, as well as a harmonious society. Rural road construction should be pushed forward steadily from the actual situation and in a planned, systematic, focused way when carrying out the planning research of rural road based on the urban and rural integration. It is the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the stage of our country’s overall economic development experiencing the time of promoting agriculture by industry and the countryside by cities; it is the experience of our country entering into industrialization metaphase according to the experience of developed countries under the new situation of the people-oriented and harmonious society concept which is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the critical period to push forward the construction of a harmonious socialist society. At present, the whole country is pushing forward the construction of the socialism under the the integration of urban and rural planning, and speeding up the infrastructure construction including rural roads. To build good rural road based on the urban and rural integration, the first task is to plan the construction of rural road based on the urban and rural integration. Planning is the key point of all project construction preparation. There are no good construction achievements without systematic and comprehensive planning. Therefore, researching under the background of the integration of urban and rural planning as a whole in time is the construction policy guide, realistic demand, as well as the requirement of the situation.This paper summarizes the planning features and functions of our rural roads based on widely collection of road traffic planning and relevant research materials. Combined with domestic and foreign experience of rural highway network planning, based on the road planning of Tongnan, Chongqing, adopted the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative forecast, this paper preliminary discussed the method of rural highway network scale, highway network layout scheme and the method of construction sequence arrangement under the situation of constructing the socialism integration of urban and rural planning as a whole. Hope that this paper can bring some inspiring suggestions and provide some certain reference for our rural road construction based on the urban and rural integration.
