Study On Test Method Of Simulation Of Control System Of Steam Boiler

In order to avoid accidents of the boiler control system on site commissioning and operation process, the control procedures of the boiler control system must be prior simulation tested on offline.To this end,we need put the boiler as a controlled object,research simulation method of the boiler sensor signal,boiler dynamic characteristics,interference signal and fault signal etc,easy to simulation test the boiler control system on offline.In this paper,the 35 T gas steam boiler of some large enterprise as an example.First of all,based on boiler control process,analysissed the signal characteristics of the boiler,According to the signal characteristics of boiler,the boiler simulation signal is generated by boiler modeling.The second,boiler control simulation test system is designed,the main design content is divided into two parts:The first part,according to the boiler control process,designed a boiler control system;The second part,a mathematical model of boiler dynamic characteristics is builted,and studied the boiler interference signal simulation,the fault signal simulation,designed a boiler simulation system.The last,put the analog signals produced by the boiler simulation system applied to the boiler control system, simulation test on it’s control program on offline.Through the simulation test,verified in this paper,the design of the boiler simulation system is able to simulation test the control program of the boil control system on offline, the test result is good,it is able to eliminate common security hidden danger of the boiler control system.The results show that,in this paper,the simulation testing method of the steam boiler control system has a certain practical reference value.
