| At present,with the development of the Internet of Vehicles(IOV)technology,the degree of heterogeneity of the networks in the Io V is also increasing.How to effectively select and handoff networks in the heterogeneous Internet of Vehicles has gradually become an important issue in the research of the Io V.In order to ensure that car users can use the wireless network more smoothly during driving and enjoy the safety guarantee system and in-vehicle service functions brought by the development of connected cars,this article studies the selection and handoff technology of heterogeneous networks in the Io V.During network selection,the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is mostly based on expert experience and user preferences in the decision-making process which is too subjective,which reliability and accuracy are insufficient.To address these deficiencies this paper proposing a network selection algorithm based on Vehicle trajectory prediction of Markov chain and Analytic hierarchy Process(VMAP).This algorithm uses the Markov chain prediction model to predict vehicle trajectories before network selection.Trajectory prediction can not only lower the ’ping pong effect ’Probability but also reduce the time consumption of network selection.By introducing the attribute parameters of the candidate network in the environment in the calculation of the weights,the decision result is more objective while satisfying the subjective choice.Simulation results show that,in the Io V,the VMAP algorithm has obvious advantages in network throughput,end-to-end delay and network handoff frequency compared to other network selection algorithms.Due to the uncertainty and instability of the signals received by the vehicle terminal in the Io V,it is still facing the situation of network handoff after accessing the network.In the heterogeneous vehicle networking environment,the mode of network handoff is vertical handoff.Multiple Attribute Handoff Algorithm(MADM)is widely used in a variety of vertical handoff algorithms.However,due to the traditional MADM algorithm does not consider network changes and fluctuations in the choice of parameters,rapid changes in parameter values sometimes cause frequent network handoff and cause the ‘ping pong effect’.Aiming at the above disadvantages of traditional MADM algorithm,this paper proposes an improved Fuzzy MADM algorithm(FMDM).By using fuzzy theory when selecting network parameters,the fuzzy theory is used to increase the fault tolerance of the algorithm.While maintaining the efficient handoff of traditional algorithm,the robustness of the algorithm in vertical handoff is improved.Simulation experiments verify that the FMDM algorithm can make better decisions in network handoff than the traditional MADM algorithm and has lower end-to-end delay and packet loss rate.Finally,the text proposes a solution for network selection and intelligent handoff in 5G Io V.When the vehicle is in the 5G Io V environment,through the vehicle to vehicle,vehicle to the base station can communicate by D2 D technology and locate precisely by 5G base station.In order to improve the network experience of users in the vehicle,the vehicle multi-mode terminal and 5G base station use the network selection and network handoff algorithm proposed in this paper.Making network selection and handoff in the decision level to improve network quality and stability. |
