Recently, with the rapid growth of the national economy, people’s energy consumptionis increasing year by year in the production of life. The development and utilization of newenergy must be put on the agenda. With the advantages of no pollution, short developmentcycle, unlimited reserves, solar power is favored by many countries. Photovoltaic powergeneration has become an important means to solve the energy crisis. In this paper, it makesa detailed study of the single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter and focuses on theoptimization of control method for the grid-connected inverter. Finally, the hardware andsoftware design about photovoltaic grid-connected inverter has been given.First, the article introduces the background and significance of the photovoltaic powergeneration system, and makes a briefly description of the development status of PV powergeneration home and abroad, and some expectation is bring forward for the future directionof development of photovoltaic grid connected inverter.Secondly, the working principle of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is analyzed inthis paper. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the inverter, photovoltaicgrid-connected inverter control strategy has been studied. A grid current outer, inner ringcapacitor current loop control strategy is established. In order to improve the systemperformance, the quality of output power of the inverter system, the fuzzy theory tooptimize the original controller is introduced in this paper, which effectively improves thequality of output power and increase the conversion efficiency of inverters. According tothe characteristics of fuzzy controller part prone to static error, optimizing the fuzzy PIcontroller, and building a model to validate.Thirdly, it has made a deeply research on the circuit design of photovoltaic invertersystem, analyzed the inverter main circuit topology structure, and determined to use the noisolation two-stage type topology structure as the subject design. The mathematical modelof filter has been established in the design. The parameters of LCL filter, which thegrid-connected mode commonly used, have been designed.Finally, in order to make a test model, a single-phase photovoltaic grid-connectedinverter with2kW production capacity, the external main circuit design and softwaremodule flowchart is given.
