According to the mortar theory,the asphalt mortar is a finely dispersed system dispersed in the asphalt mortar dispersion medium with a fine aggregate as a dispersed phase.The asphalt mortar is a bridge connecting the asphalt mixture and the asphalt mortar as a mixture.Provides internal cohesion and necessary strength,which can directly affect the properties of the mixture.The superior performance of rubber powder modified asphalt has become a consensus in the industry,especially the large amount of rubber powder modified asphalt has better performance indicators than ordinary matrix asphalt,so that it can effectively improve road performance when applied to roads.A series of researches are carried out on the basis of asphalt rubber sand and large amount of rubber powder modified asphalt.Firstly,the fine aggregate(0.075mm-2.36mm)is a finely dispersed system in which the dispersed phase is dispersed in an asphalt mortar medium composed of ore powder and asphalt.The asphalt mortar is used as the research object.Three different modifications are adopted for the same gradation Nature asphalt(SBS modified asphalt,20% rubber modified asphalt and 30% large amount rubber modified asphalt),under high temperature cone penetration test,uniaxial penetration test,low temperature trabecular bending test,indirect under specified test environment Tensile test,uniaxial compression test,sort and co MPare the test data of various asphalt rubber sand specimens.Secondly,the uniaxial compression test of asphalt rubber sand is numerically simulated by the discrete element PFC platform.By co MParing with the indoor uniaxial compression test,the mechanical behavior of asphalt rubber sand is accurately described within the tolerance range.By using the discrete element platform to reasonably predict the mechanical properties of indoor asphalt sand by numerical simulation,it provides a new idea for analyzing the mechanical properties of asphalt sand.Finally,the high and low temperature performance of the three modified asphalt mixtures was studied,and the correlation between the high-volume rubber powder modified asphalt mixture and the asphalt rubber sand high and low temperature tests was analyzed to establish the relationship between the asphalt rubber sand and the asphalt mixture..The research results show that the performance of asphalt rubber sand modified with large amount of rubber powder is good,especially the anti-cracking performance at low temperature.As the amount of rubber powder increases,the mechanical properties of asphalt rubber sand can be improved.The discrete element numerical simulation of asphalt is verified.The feasibility of mechanical properties of rubber sand,the low-temperature correlation of asphalt rubber sand and asphalt mixture is good. |
