With the constant improvement of the motors and power electronic device, that makes itpossible to motor as loading actuators. Compared with the classical way of load simulation,electric load simulation need to add additional hardware structure, as long as change theparameters of the control algorithm can realize all kinds of linear and nonlinear load simulation.This topic is based on the control and system stability comprehensive consideration, to explore therelated characteristics of load simulation as the main purpose, combined with laboratory internaldemand, start with energy feedback simulation system of brushless dc motor as the load is studied.And on this basis, based on brushless dc motor are studied the dynamic mechanical loadsimulation system of the overall implementation plan, and strive to achieve the goal of systemenergy bi-directional flow. A detailed analysis of brushless dc motor control method, theiradvantages and disadvantages and application scope, at the same time, on the basis of analyzingthe working principle of the brushless dc motor, establish its mathematical model, and with the aidof Matlab/Simulink toolbox, establish the torque control system of brushless dc motor simulationmodel to study the dynamic mechanical static torque characteristics of the load simulation system,with the function of energy feedback dynamic mechanical load simulation system of dynamiccharacteristics. And the establishment of a load simulator experiment platform, completed thedynamic mechanical load simulation of the system hardware and software design, production andtest, for subsequent load simulator research laid the theoretical basis of science.
