| With the rapid development of automobile industry in our country,the problem of energy,environmental protection and urban traffic is increasingly serious.Battery is the main energy source of Electric car,which can effectively reduce oil use and save energy.As a new auto industry,energy vehicles have the advantage of environmental protection and energy saving.In subsidies and encouragement of national policy,electric car develop rapidiy.Brushless dc motor wheel has good running characteristics,controllability and wide speed range.With good features,Brushless dc motor is widely used in the motor drive of electric car.Brushless DC motor(BLDC)control technology has become the national research hotspots in the field of electrical engineering.Firstly,it introduces the history,research and development of future research directions in the country and abroad in this paper.it constructed a mathematical model based on the structure of the brushless DC motor and have a deep understanding about the working principle of brushless DC motor in this process.The performance of the brushless motor is analyzed based on the mathematical model.In this paper,the motor commutation principle is analyzed and deduced,the control system simulation model is designed with MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.It observe the simulation results with oscilloscope of simulation software and test the validity of the brushless motor control system.Secondly,Paper design the brushless DC motor hardware circuit,select DSP as master controller and TMS32F28035 is the main chip.The driver chip of IR2133 have the advantages of using less power to complete the circuit design.The minimum system circuit,drive circuit,control circuit,and inverter circuit is designed based on DSP.Current,speed detection circuit,overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit is designed.Two phase current and speed were tested using photoelectric encoder,paper completed the system control requirements.Software use model-based design method,it effectively improves programming efficiency.Paper designed brushless DC motor control algorithm and established brushless motor running state diagram with stateflow.Real-Time Workshop tool enable MATLAB and DSP program can one-click download.Lastly,paper choose CAN(Controller Area Net)bus as communication method and realize the communicate calibration of brushless dc motor control system.Paper verify the feasibility of the control system. |
