The purpose of this paper is aimed at low load operation of chain boiler energy-saving control system, ensure the boiler at low load under the condition of burning boiler steam water system safety and stability, in order to improve the thermal efficiency of boiler operation, and on the basis of improving fuel combustion meet the requirements of environmental protection.With the development of national economy in our country, especially after the " The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Energy Conservation ", energy conservation and energy more and more become the consensus of the social from all walks of life. Data show that China’s energy consumption, coal consumption accounted for nearly seventy percent of total energy consumption, and industrial boiler is accounted for one-third of the total coal consumption, and in industrial boilers in China, coal-fired boiler accounts for about80%(of which the layer combustion boiler of about95%of the chain grate boiler), and reserved by environmental temperature, load, the production cycle, the influence of such factors as industrial boiler under low load condition, most of the time, therefore, research on the chain grate energy-saving control of industrial boiler at low load condition is of great significance to realize the overall energy conservation and emissions reduction target.This paper take experiment by typical furnace grate DZL experiment, through to the primary air preheating, secondary air, layering, the moisture of coal and coal, and the furnace arch form, the wind room air distribution, lateral wind, boiler air leakage, grate side seal air leakage, the study of the factors such as the particle size of coal, the coal seam thickness, rotating speed of grate, send the ventilation for three main optimization variables, and through experiment verification, to ensure the boiler at low load under the condition of system security and combustion stability, highest thermal efficiency of boiler operation, and can meet the requirements of environmental protection as the criterion, in the coal seam thickness is given when the120mm, select grate speed0.25m/min, supply air motor frequency for75%of the best wind than coal.Article use of the method of mathematical statistics, this paper gives the boiler load percentage, smoke at the O2content and furnace temperature, thickness of coal seam, mathematical regression equation of the correlation factors, fuel properties, and on this basis, the control system for coal, air conditioning system, wind system to regulate optimization design, put forward the combustion control system block diagram, reference PIC of digital computing operations electronic device designed software solutions manual mode and automatic mode.
