With the development of science and technology and the deepening of people’senvironmental protection consciousness, refrigerants which harm to the environmentwill gradually be eliminated in refrigeration industry. Research and development ofnew environmental friendly refrigerant is the irresistible trend at the current globalrefrigeration industry. However, in the process of the use of these new alternativerefrigerants,there will be a series of problems, such as compressor, heat transferdeterioration and oil return difficult because of its bad compatibility with traditionallubricating oil. On the other hand, because of the refrigerant dissolved in oil, theflammable refrigerant leakage occurs inevitably bring a certain amount of lubricatingoil. And use of lubricating oil products itself usually has certain flammability andcombustion, under its impact, will inevitably make the combustion characteristicsof flammable refrigerant has big change. Therefore, it has very important significanceto research of mixture property and flammability of refrigerant, especially newrefrigerant and lubricating oil for popularization in use.In this paper, first of all, the theory research of refrigerant and oil solubilitymethod are expounded, and uses the RKS equation of state law, through the Matlabsoftware programming, respectively for refrigerant CO2and PAG oil and R134a andPOE oil phase equilibrium calculation, compared with the existing test are in goodagreement, verify the accuracy of calculation, and analyzes the relationship betweensolubility and pressure and temperature.Then, the theory of the burning explosion reaction was stated, and the analysisshowed that the species of the flammable refrigerant gas, temperature, pressure,ignition source and the reaction vessels etc. were the main factors for the burningexplosion limit of flammable refrigerant. The analysis of the lower limit burningexplosion for flammable refrigerant has guiding significance for the actual unitinstallation and efficient operation.Based on the improved test-bed, the lower limits burning explosion for purerefrigerants R1150, R600a, R152a and R161were tested under the environment ofatmospheric pressure and15℃, and the burning explosion test for refrigerantsR152aand R161, which contained lubricating oil PAG was measured under the same test condition. The results showed that the lubricating oil had no effect on the limitsburning explosion for refrigerants, but it significant affected the combustioncharacteristic phenomenon, such as flame propagation etc. the further explain wasanalysis through the experimental data and phenomenon. |
