In accordance with the national standard specification and the twosides of the trust agreement, the consultant firms are responsible for quality of BOQ.Market-based competition, high quality BOQ is largely an objective need for costconsulting business survival and development.Due to low quality BOQ by small cost consulting firm, results negative results intendering, valuation&settlement. Quality problems will result to determining thequality of the bid amount inconsistent with the actual project at the bidding stages, willcause large differences between settlement with contract amount.
