The rapid development of China’s high-speed railway in recent years,greatly promotedthe development of social economy and public travel is convenient,but high-speed trainsrunning safety question,however,cannot be ignored.Satellite navigation system and inertialnavigation system is the system of contemporary navigation and positioning which appliedvery commom,due to both them have strong complementary characteristics,the combinationof the two navigation systems has been a hot research field of navigation at home andabord.Research the application of data fusion technology is becoming important method toimprove the precision of integrated navigation system,especially the Beidou satellitenavigation systems is put into use in China and gradually perfect,research Beidou satellitenavigation systems and inertial navigation system consisting of integrated navigation systemand adding data filtering technology integration in high-speed multiple units positioningapplications,has a very broad prospective,practical and strategic significance.In this paper,the Beidou navigation system and inertial navigation system as the researchbackground,and proposed an optimized fusion algorithm—improved CKF-PF filtering basedon the research of Kalman filter and particle filter algorithm.Detailed analysis of the extendedKalman filter,cubature Kalman filter,particle filter and improved CKF-PF algorithm,in orderto demonstrate the improved particle filter algorithm performance in integrated navigationsystem effectively,through simulation of high-speed multiple units running track,the Beidousatellite system and gyroscopes,accelerometers and other inertial devices and build themathematical model of integrated navigation system.Finally,these algorithms are applied tothe integrated navigation system,the simulation results show that the improved algorithmCKF-PF filter can alleviate the problem of particle degradation effectively and improve thestability and accuracy of the data integrated navigation system compared with otherfiltering algorithm,which provides data support for the safe operation of high-speed multipleunits.
