DMS can monitor the working status of train control equipment,which is an important equipment to ensure the safe operation of trains,and train location information is an important indicator for DMS to monitor train operation.The traditional train positioning technologies have their own weakness:the train positioning system based on a single sensor lacks stability;and the existing train positioning solutions based on information fusion do not solve the problems of data synchronization and positioning equipment failure,and many of them do not take into account the real-time requirements of train positioning.To solve the above problems,a train positioning system based on GNSS/ODO information fusion is designed and put into practice in this paper.The system mainly improves the positioning accuracy and stability by map matching and information fusion,and has feasible solutions for practical problems such as map projection and sensor data synchronization.Regarding map matching,a segment-by-segment candidate section matching strategy is proposed based on the direct projection method to address the problems of high computational effort,poor real-time performance and unstable matching process of traditional map matching algorithms,which can effectively reduce the computational effort while satisfying the map matching accuracy.To address the problems of large computation,poor real-time performance and unstable matching process of traditional map matching algorithms,this paper proposes a segment-by-segment candidate section matching strategy based on the direct projection method,which can effectively reduce the computation while satisfying the map matching accuracy.After comprehensive analysis of train motion characteristics,this paper adopts the current statistical model as the train motion model.The train motion is not linear and the noise does not satisfy the Gaussian distribution,so the traditional kalman filtering tends to diverge.For this reason,an improved Sage-Husa adaptive filtering information fusion algorithm is designed in this paper,which can better utilize the advantages of GNSS and ODO to improve the positioning accuracy.For the problem of satellite positioning signal loss,this paper adds satellite positioning equipment fault handling and fault recovery processing to the information fusion process,thus improving the stability of the positioning system.Finally,the positioning accuracy and stability of the train positioning system based on GNSS/ODO information fusion are verified by simulation.The results show that the train positioning system designed in this paper can improve the positioning accuracy and stability while satisfying the real-time performance,and fully meets the technical requirements of train positioning.
