Studies On Spatial Pattern And Planning Strategy Of New Urbanization Of YangLing Agricultural Demonstration Zone

Since the reform and opening-up, China’s urbanization level has been continuouslyimproved and the highlighting issues are more and more. As a result，the traditionalurbanization patterns have been unsustainable and new urbanization has been proposedmeeting the needs of the new era of development. When the traditional urbanizationtransforming to the new urbanization，the urban spatial pattern is undergoing changes.At present，the exploration of urban spatial patterns are mostly stay in the conclusion oftraditional urbanization study. Therefore，this article is a meaningful exploration ofspace pattern of the new urbanization.Yangling Agricultural Demonstration Zone is formally established in1997asYangling agricultural high-tech industries demonstration zone. It is linked agriculturewith high technology and transformed the high-tech achievements as the main meansand promoted the development of the agricultural industry in combining demonstrationand promotion, which advance the agricultural industrialization, accelerate agriculturalmodernization and achieve agricultural Sustainability.In2014, the state s newurbanization plan (2014-2020) definitely pointed out that modernization of agricultureas being basement is the foundation of the development and urbanization is the carrierand platform which promote the rapid development of agricultural modernization. In2010, Shaanxi Province has been identified Yangling agricultural demonstration zone as comprehensively reform pilot area of integration of the urban and rural，stronglypromoting the exploration of new urbanization of the demonstration zone. Based on this,studies on spatial pattern of new urbanization of YangLing agricultural demonstrationzone has important significance.The paper firstly defines the concept of urbanization，urbanization and newurbanization, and researches relevantly on new urbanization, the typical case of newurbanization, agricultural demonstration zone of new urbanization and spatial pattern ofnew urbanization, which clears the connotation of new urbanization and straightens outthe relationship between agriculture and urbanization, agricultural modernization andnew urbanization and clears the current researching situation of agriculturaldemonstration zone of new urbanization and spatial pattern of new urbanization,providing the research framework of the paper.Secondly, it analyzes the current development of urbanization of Yanglingagricultural demonstration zone. It reviews the development process of Yanglingagricultural demonstration zone and analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing ofYangling agricultural demonstration zone at present. Again, it analyzes the status quocharacteristics of urbanization development in the road network layout, populationdistribution, industrial layout and land use, and clears the development stage and futuredirection of urbanization.Further more, it studies the goal-oriented of new urbanization and further build thespatial pattern of new urbanization. Based on the research of new urbanization,itestablishes the evaluation system of new urbanization and analyzes the main promotingbody of new urbanization of Yangling agricultural demonstration zone. Again,itproposes the goal-oriented of new urbanization on agricultural population transferringcitizens, promoting foundation support ability, strengthening urban and industrialcoupling development, promoting the integration of urban and rural and perfectingSystems and mechanisms indemnification. On this basis, it analyzes the inherentrequirement of spatial pattern of building new urbanization that is to achieve human scomprehensive development, the coordinated development of urban function andstructure, the integrated development of urban and rural, intensive ecologicaldevelopment and highlight the cultural heritage.Further, it analyzes influencing factors of building the spatial pattern and finally Puts forward to the spatial pattern of “onecore, three hearts, multi-level, multi-directional, gradient advancement” of newurbanization of Yangling agricultural demonstration zone.At last，the article puts forward the five planning strategies of the governmentleading, industrial linkage, quality improvement, connotation growth and people’slivelihood security and hope this push the process of new urbanization of Yanglingagricultural demonstration zone.
