In recent years, along with the Zaozhuang economic and socialdevelopment, the government has stepped up efforts to build infrastructure, increasinginvestment, bus capacity appear significant growth, traffic environment has improved alot, but with the city development needs and expectations, there is a large gap, thereexists the problem of the utilization of land and traffic coordination is not enough, citytraffic supply and demand imbalance, road network and traffic line network settings isnot reasonable and the station of inadequate size.This paper introduces present situation at home and abroad advanced achievementsin theoretical research on public transportation and public transportation development,learn from some successful experiences of domestic and foreign city publictransportation development, conducts the research to the Zaozhuang city public trafficproblems, the bus priority, integrated, phased development, Zaozhuang city publictransportation development strategy, hoping to take a series of measures, so as toimprove the center city public traffic situation, for the public to provide safe,convenient, comfortable, on time, economic, high-quality public service, improvepublic transport in the city passenger transport in the purpose of further share rate, thepublic traffic gets a good development, in order to meet the needs of economicdevelopment and city construction of Zaozhuang city.In this paper, from the analysis of Zaozhuang passenger transport corridor proceedwith, put forward the "bus rapid transit network layout two horizontal and one vertical",the rapid transit network to transform the current into a single structure of multi-level "more reasonable trunk feeder" structure, the pattern of disorderly competitiontransformation of Bus Rapid Transit and bus transit between the balance the integratedmode, and increase the bus line, Yicheng, Xuecheng high tech Zone network density,paying attention to link up the new line and bus rapid transit, trying to make each linehas the site transfer to BRT line, so as to maximize the advantages of rapid transit. Toachieve a "rapid transit as the backbone, with conventional public transit as the mainbody, the planning objectives clear division of labor, complementary functions,convenient transfer, multi-level, integrated public transport system". At the same time,according to the B1is currently operating bus rapid transit line Xuecheng section asthe midway station set unreasonable "obstruction" phenomenon makes the roadupgrading transformation plan. Insufficient quantity and the scale of station seriouslyaffected the fast running bus network, according to long-term planning and graduallyincrease the number and the scale of construction at the end of the first station, largecapacity transfer hub station yard, in order to realize the rapid transit and bus isconvenient, fast transfer. Among them, especially to the Zaozhuang high-speed railstation hub proposes detailed planning.
