With the rapid development of cultural and creative industries, cultural and creativehas become the key to enhance the value of design in the future, converging "culture" intothe product design has been the trend in the global market. Taiwan’s design group ofcultural and creative industry performs well, for government and design colleges payingattention on research and training, so their cultural and creative products design is highquality. The mainland and Taiwan share the same culture, Taiwan’s successful experienceshould be learned.Combining with design, psychology, consumer science, semiotics and other disciplines,the research analyses and discusses Taiwan’s brand design, design process, Hakka design,Aboriginal design cases respectively, which were saw and heard during the exchange oflearning in Taiwan. In order to explore how culture is transformed and used in productdesign, and how culture and creation add value to design, the study focuses on Taiwan’sTsou aboriginal culture and its related products design, and then to sum up the Taiwan’scultural and creative product design process, product design model. By use of cultural andcreative product design practice to test the theory above, on this basis, providing a modelfor the mainland Chinese culture and creative product design, and deliver breakthroughfeasible and new direction of thinking for research staff.
