| This thesis mainly focuses on the following three aspects:What is China’s urban housing problem at the present stage?What is the development trend of urban housing?How to design urban residential space to provide a better life for urban residents?Firstly, from the historical view, the thesis analyzes the development history ofChina’s urban congregated dwelling house spatial and the change of people ’s life style,in order to understand the residential problems of the city housing design in our country.Secondly, considering the value, development conditions of urban congregated dwellinghouse, and the reason why it is difficult to achieve the diversification, thediversification of China’s residential space is discussed. Again，through the comparativestudy which emphasizes the diversification space case in urban congregated dwellinghouse, this paper discusses the contemporary national representative diversified andforward-looking and differentiation of residential space design, and the design of thestandardization and diversification of these cases handling analysis, comparison andsummary. At the same time, design strategies to achieve diversification of cityresidential space are summarized. And two kinds of modes are put forward: The firstmode is the living type research mode which emphasizes living person group pluralismand differentiation; the second is the custom house mode, emphasizing the livingperson individual diversity and difference. Analysis and summary of the tworepresentative residential types and basic processing logic are also included. Finally, tomeet the demand of multiple ways of lifestyle, the urban residential space design wasdiscussed, and concerning the collection of diverse city residential space designpatterns, this paper puts forward three optimization suggestions. |
