| In the study, the object is the direct shift gearbox (DSG in short), which is used in atracked armoured vehicle. The character of charging oil is improved. Launching controlstrategy is made with fuzzy control. Experiments of launching control with single clutchand double clutches are performed.Firstly, the mathematic model of wet clutch charging oil system controlled byproportional valve is set up and simulated, and the influence of the oil tempreture oncharging character is analyzed. Difference of charging between double clutches andsingle clutch is analyzed,and time of charging increases with the rise of clutch number.Secondly, the transfer model is built and transfer fuction is got using system identification.PID control, Predictive control and fuzzy-PID control are used to control the pressure.Controlling with fuzzy-PID is easy and satisfactory. Then, dynamic model of sevendegrees of freedom for DSG launching process with double clutches engaged is built. Thelaunching control stratege is set up using fuzzy control theory for different kinds of roadconditions such as plain road, slope road. For crawing launching, PID control is used totrack the target velocity and switching clutch alternately can distribute friction work.Finally, experiment is done to test the launching character with single clutch and doubleclutches. A conclusion that launching with double clutches can increase the output poweris made. This study provides good guide for launching control of tracked vehicle indifferent conditions. |
