For the measurement system of a dynamic balancing machine, thesignal picked up by the vibration sensor is so weak that filter circuit anddigital signal processing algorithm are used to eliminate interference. However, those interference vibrations of the same frequency ornearby frequency with the unbalance vibration, which are caused by thedriving devices, the coaxial error of the coupling or the vibration of thedriving belt are difficult to remove by the signal conditioning circuits or thedigital signal processing approach. In order to solve the problem, this paperputs forward an interference vibration separation approach based onmulti-point test-mass circulation calibration which based on thecharacteristic of invariability of the machine intrinsic interference vibration. The experiments of Minimum Achievable Residual unbalance ratio andURR are carried out to demonstrate the feasibility of the said method. An absolute value substitution and compare method is introducedaiming at solving the problem that the complexity of the magnitudecalculation of signal and the difficulty of the achievement based onsingle-chip system. And the algorithm is effectively simplified in the thesis. This algorithm has been already applied in the automatic gain adjustment ofdynamic balancing machine measurement system.
