This project aimed at the phenomenon of the rotor unbalance and was set up on the need of CHINA JIALING INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. Jialing Group purchased SUPER-CARB-PROF MULTI-FURNACE Production Line from Germany IPSEN company. The fan of this machine ran chronically under the high temperature circumstance about 950℃.The impellers of the fan were easily distorted, which lead to unbalance vibration and affected badly the operation of the machine. Therefore, adjust the impellers is very necessary. One of the most reasons for the vibration of the machine is unbalance of the rotor, which will wear the bearing, debasing the accuracy of the machine, giving birth to the noise and coming into being mechanical failure. So, building up a Measurement and Analysis System For Dynamic Balance is necessary.Formerly, Jialing Group adopted static balance measurement to adjust the impellers, which had nothing effects nevertheless. Because the vibration can't be eliminated radically and it become more and more badly, which lead to the machine out of work. This project adopted dynamic balance measurement to adjust the distorted impellers. Dynamic balance measurement is that detect the size and phase of unbalance when the rotor is working in the use of vibrating sensors and rotary encoders. Then, according of the size and phase of unbalance make corresponding balance to eliminate original balance to adjust the rotor. This measurement reduces the expenses of equipment replacing and improves the stabilization of the fan.The measurement circumstance was so abominable and disturbing that the key of this project was whether the worker can obtain the accurate signal or not. So this measurement adopted anti-interference technology such as one point ground connection and so on. What's more, digital filter were used in the software program to ensure the accurate measurement.This article states the aspects of the measure principle, general design, hardware design and software design. After the acquirement analysis of the system, the author has not only completed the setup of the system and hardware design such as sensor, rotary encoder, A/D card but also ensured the measurement principle. This system has run a long time in CHINA JIALING INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. Because of the outstanding circumstance of the usage, this system can be spread and applied in all kinds of fan testing or dynamic balance measurement.
