Based on the increase of urban population, The rapid development of economy,people pay more attention to their health and living environment, the promulgation ofthe new national drinking water standards have also made clear the focus on waterquality problems, the future development trend of the enterprise and to improve thequality of the water quality and service, the urgent request of mass in the further studyof solve the problem of improving water quality of water supply pipe, to ensure thewater quality safety.In this paper, based on a large number of domestic and international waterquality monitoring network system optimization theory, system analysis of Shenyangcity water supply system status, analysis, pointed out that the current water qualitysupervision and guarantee water supply network system of the enterprise areinsufficient, proposed the overall design of the establishment of Shenyang city watersupply pipe network water quality on-line monitoring system, and expounds in detailthe establishment of on-line monitoring system for water quality meaning, function,role. Focus on the implementation of Shenyang city water quality on-line monitoringsystem construction scheme, water quality monitoring points layout optimization,application and effect examination.Through the two water quality indexes of residual chlorine and turbiditymonitoring method of water supply network, water supply network simulation modelis established, using three water quality monitoring points optimization algorithm:node water coverage; node water age method; effective monitoring range method. Findout the most suitable for the enterprise node water age method of on-line water qualitymonitoring points layout optimization method, to guide the optimization arrangementof monitoring points.In the T District of Shenyang city as an example, in the29off-line monitoringstations to find the most suitable to establish water quality on-line6monitoring points,and7with water quality model node water age algorithm to find out a monitoringpoints compare, in order to achieve the minimum number of monitoring points tomonitor the largest area of water supply, can the potential harm early warning waterquality further, and take effective preventive measures, make the damage to aminimum, finally determine the six water quality online monitoring. After actualinstallation of water supply network water quality on-line monitoring residual chlorineand continuous monitoring turbidity meter, determine the final pollution incident’sexact location, verify the optimal placement method based on node water age methodis accord with the actual good and guidance. Thus the theoretical support and practical method for the construction of online monitoring system of water supply network inShenyang city to provide.
